Overview
This course provides guidance to help organizations balance governance, execution, and continual learning, enabling them to navigate complexity and uncertainty effectively. It focuses on aligning people, processes, and technology ensuring transformations deliver measurable value and build enterprise resilience. The ITIL® Transformation Model describes a structured approach to all initiatives and activities required to transform an organization’s value system regardless of the size and complexity of these individual activities.
Audience
This course is ideal for professionals involved in, leading, supporting, or impacted by transformation initiatives, including sponsors, delivery teams, affected stakeholders, and consultants.
Objectives

Understand transformation complexity and organisational context
Apply the ITIL Transformation Model
Use patterns, tools, and governance to enable sustainable change
Ensure managerial and governance capabilities are fit for purpose and support the organization’s desired ways of working

Improve the performance of specific parts of the Value System (VS), such as individual practices or tool usage, while considering all four dimensions of service management

Wymagania
Prerequisites
Before taking this course, you must complete accredited training or official eLearning and hold ITIL Foundation (Version 5) or an eligible ITIL 4 certification. ITIL 4 certification holders may use the ITIL Foundation Bridge (Version 5) course as an alternative option to upgrade to ITIL (Version 5).
